Terms of Service
These Terms clarify the risk allocation rules and force majeure liability exemption scope for all clothing transaction orders. After users complete payment, the product ownership will be transferred to the user after successful delivery. Before delivery, product quality risks and inventory risks are borne by our store; during international transportation and local final delivery, logistics risks shall be borne by the customer.
We are exempted from liability for order delay, shipment suspension, service failure or transaction termination caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic control, war, policy adjustment, government regulatory restrictions, customs policy changes, network system failures and third-party logistics system crashes.
Once a force majeure situation occurs, we will update the latest order status and processing progress through the official website or customer service notification. We will actively resume shipment and service after the risk is eliminated. No compensation for delayed delivery, no liquidated damages and no additional losses shall be borne by us for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
For risks caused by user factors, including incorrect recipient information, long-term unclaimed packages, user refusal to clear customs, personal reasons for return and abandonment of goods, all resulting fees, losses and logistics costs shall be borne by the customer. We will not provide free re-delivery or free compensation for user-caused abnormal logistics.
We reasonably control operational risks and guarantee normal platform operation under conventional network and technical conditions. We are not liable for temporary website crash, page error, access failure caused by third-party network faults and technical attacks. All transaction risks not specified in the Terms shall be reasonably allocated in accordance with international e-commerce trading habits.
