All apparel orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment verification. Before international shipment, each garment undergoes strict manual inspection to rule out fabric flaws, uneven dyeing, broken stitching and other quality risks. Professional shockproof and dust-proof packaging is applied to reduce external damage during cross-border transportation.
Worldwide shipping is supported for all regions. Delivery delays occasionally happen due to customs random inspection, logistics route adjustment, peak-season congestion and force majeure events. Such situations belong to normal international logistics rules and will not be regarded as shipping faults. Customers can track the shipment status through the official tracking link provided by our store.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, import duties and miscellaneous customs fees. The store will not bear any extra charges generated during customs clearance. Inaccurate recipient information will lead to package return, loss or re-delivery fees, which shall be borne by the customer. Quality-related after-sales applications must be submitted within 48 hours after receipt with complete photo and video evidence to be valid.
