All standard apparel purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in original factory condition, free of wear, laundering, modification, stain damage or odor. Original tags, labels, packing bags and accessories must be completely preserved for inspection.
The following categories are non-returnable: intimate apparel, swimsuits, customized tailor-made clothing, printed personalized garments and all promotional final sale items. These products are exempted from return and exchange due to industry regulations and product attributes.
Customer-initiated returns for subjective reasons require the buyer to bear return shipping expenses. Our store is fully responsible for shipping fees for returns caused by objective quality problems, craftsmanship defects, wrong delivery or damaged goods during logistics.
After systematic inspection and confirmation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment channel within 7–10 working days. Exchange services are available only for in-stock standard items. All return procedures must be confirmed with customer service before shipment return.
